Intermediate Business Analyst

On behalf of our client, Procom Consultants Group is currently searching for an Intermediate Business Analyst for a 6 month contract opportunity. Below are some further details regarding the opportunity.
Responsbilities:
The Intermediate Business Analyst will provide broad-based analyst/support and co-ordination functions to facilitate identified projects and program schedule development, baselines, integration of projects at a program and cross-program level
Requirements:
-Advanced to expert level of knowledge and skills in MS Project and MS Project Server in order to provide support services for multiple projects and programs within the Transformation Program.
-Experience working in a program environment where complex dependencies exist between projects within the program.
-Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a analyst role
-5+ years of experience as an analyst in a complex multi-project environment
-Advanced skills in project schedule development and management, project change control, issues and risk management practices and project control documentation
-Ability to communicate both orally and in writing ideas, concepts, recommendations, complex information clearly and concisely in a timely manner, at a level consistent with the audience
-Ability to systematically analyze situations and issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions and sound inferences, determine and recommend practical courses of action using innovation, creativity and good judgement and strategic thinking
- Strong organization skills including demonstrated tenacity for following up with team members and leadership on outstanding items
- Demonstrated facilitation and team building skills
