• Construct monthly hedging report for finance detailing planned U.S. multi-million dollar purchases
• Prepare Open P.O. Reports and liaise with vendors to obtain updated ETA’s
• Construct cycle count reports using ABC analysis and update regularly to incorporate all recently launched handsets and issue adjustment numbers to UPS SCS for discrepancies.
• Prepare the STO report to ensure all internal orders are received and contact affected team members to update if open orders are found.
• Assemble the Open Invoice report and attend to all outstanding issues i.e. price variances, no Invoice received, short ship, over ship etc.
• Obtain Return Material Authorization numbers from vendors where required and ensure the credit is forthcoming
• Review brokerage, freight and duty issues to ensure all costs are being applied correctly and ensure we are reimbursed if the charges were incorrectly applied to Telus Mobility
• Monitor Blocked invoice report and action accordingly
• Liaise with A/P to ensure early pay discounts are being recognized
• Support the warehouse with Product knowledge etc.
• Maintain Kitting P.O.’s and audit monthly

Must have skills:
SAP experience
Purchasing experience

Nice to have: PMAC or APICS certification or enrolled

The candidate will be responsible for estimation, creation and execution of test scripts within the application under test. You are highly productive, self-motivated, creative, and focused.

Responsibilities:
• Review PRD, software requirement and design specifications by working closely with Product, Project and Development teams
• Review and feedback on test plans and testing coverage created by Developers according to available requirement documents
• Focus on software testability and usability. Act as the voice of customers
• Create new and modify existing test documentations based on new or updated specifications. Ensure that they are updated and maintained at all times.
• Execute both manual and automated test cases against the applications under test
• Review test execution results for success or failure, and report on findings
• Provide continuous reports on testing progress and status in the assigned testing projects
• Create defects and issues, monitor and update their status, and verify and regression test fixes during the entire software development life cycle
• Implement test automation solutions, and create or update automated testing scripts to maximize test coverage and efficiency

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with exposure to manual and scripted testing of web applications

Position Purpose:
In support of the Managing Director, Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Treasury IAS, provide independent, objective risk assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of risk management practices, internal control and corporate governance processes in Capital Markets and Group Risk Management. Work with management in achieving business objectives by creating solutions to improve business operations, while remaining objective and independent. Results ultimately impact shareholders, employees and customers. Engagement is defined as a specific assignment, task, or review activity, such as: an internal audit, design review, fraud examination, or consultancy. An engagement may include multiple tasks or activities designed to accomplish a specific set of related objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

Leadership/People Management
• Lead a team of senior managers and professional auditors responsible for complex and large engagements in terms of product, location or client relation.
• Direct, counsel, and instruct staff assigned to the engagement and review audit plan, findings and reports for sufficient scope and for accuracy.
• Provide leadership, coaching, performance management and personal development support.
• Ensure that we have competent and sufficient engagement resources, with relevant skill sets to meet each audit and our annual plan.
• Raise the technical knowledge of the group through various courses, seminars and in-house training in the areas of Capital Markets and Group Risk Management and related risk management framework and audit techniques.

Audit & Planning
• In concert with the Managing Director, Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Treasury IAS develops the annual Audit Plan for Capital Markets and Group Risk Management ensuring that audits conform to regulatory and internal audit requirements
• Provide input and participate in the IAS strategic planning process.
• Direct/supervise/implement the execution of audit plan and ensure effective audit practices for traditional and continuous audits.
• Plan and execute complex and confidential/special audit projects enterprise wide as requested by senior management.
• Through in-depth understanding of the business including changes to the regulatory and business environments, develops audit programs to ensure effective control solutions are implemented.
• Responsible for the generation of continuous audit techniques.
• Execute quarterly continuous audit and review plans for each entity, as required.

Relationship Building
• Key relationship manager for Group Risk Management, Market Risk.
• Key point of contact with external auditors and point of contact for regulators.

• Communicate trends in risk and control issues to senior management on the results of ongoing reviews of Capital Markets and Group Risk Management.

Working Conditions
• 10-20% travel required.

Knowledge / Experience:
Post graduate - MBA (Finance), PhD, or equivalent academic/ professional designation (i.e. Chartered Financial Analyst)

Technical
• In depth knowledge of business and Group Risk Market and Trading Credit Risk.
• In depth knowledge of a wide variety of complex Capital Markets products and services.
• In depth knowledge of market risk and counterparty credit risk theories, practices and processes, including model vetting and validation.
• Project Management
• Proficient in auditing principles and techniques
• Must have the ability to quickly understand the risks associated with new services and/or routines, products and to formulate practical audit procedures to adequately monitor new risk and ensure adherence to limits.
