TORONTO, Nov. 14, 2007— AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has announced that AT&T Global Services Canada has been awarded a Total Cost of Ownership (TCOO TM) Supplier Award from Celestica, a global provider of innovative electronics manufacturing services (EMS).This award recognizes suppliers that provide the best TCOO performance to Celestica and are committed to helping Celestica meet its customers' needs.

"AT&T Global Services Canada is proud to be recognized by Celestica," said David Denault, general manager for AT&T Global Services Canada. "We are particularly pleased to have been honored by Celestica with whom we have worked so closely to ensure seamless implementations of our leading solutions for the multinational corporations we service. The relationship we have with Celestica is important to us, and we look forward to continuing our work alongside them in the years ahead."

This marks the first year of Celestica's TCOO Supplier Awards program. The new program aligns with Celestica's Ring strategy that focuses on shortening lead times through enhanced supplier proximity, as well as its TCOO supply chain strategy that helps customers deliver high-quality products to market quickly and at the lowest total cost. Celestica's TCOO system is designed to calculate the true cost to produce, deliver and support products and services beyond the supplier invoice price. As such, it values the following supplier attributes: quality, delivery, technology, service, pricing and flexibility.

"Congratulations to AT&T Global Services Canada for being recognized with a 2006 TCOO Supplier Award," said John Boucher, chief supply chain and procurement officer, Celestica. "I sincerely thank AT&T for supporting our supply chain strategy to provide customers with the flexibility they need to overcome any challenge and to respond quickly to changes in end-market demand."
