
Mcafee Partners with Canadian Government in Homelessness Initiative | August 2, 2007
CAMBRIDGE, ON., July 30th 2007- McAfee, Inc. and the Government of Canada have joined in the Digital Inclusion Partnership Initiative. This public-private partnership is focused on reducing and preventing homelessness by ensuring that homeless shelters across Canada have access to the technology resources needed to collect and share essential information. McAfee is donating security technology and expertise to 450 Canadian homeless shelters which will help ensure the protection of sensitive information on clients and operations.
