TeraGo Networks Expands Footprint to Red Deer, Alberta July 25, 2007
Broadband service provider broadens its national reach to high growth area of Central Alberta

Toronto, Ontario – July 25, 2007 - TeraGo Networks, a leading national wireless broadband service provider and a subsidiary of TeraGo Inc. (TSX: TGO), has announced the expansion of its services into Red Deer, Alberta.

“The Red Deer expansion demonstrates the strength and success that TeraGo has built in the rest of Canada to deliver tailor-made solutions that meet the requirements of Canadian businesses,” said Bryan Boyd, President and CEO. “This market launch follows close on the heels of product introductions over the last two weeks into Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Burlington and Milton. We intend to continue expanding to areas in need of a high-performance, state-of-the-art broadband technology.”

TeraGo Networks offers cost-effective, custom built Internet access and data connectivity services to businesses across Canada. The company’s Internet and data services can be used for a variety of applications, including IP Monitoring, video conferencing, centralized server architecture, inventory management system and e-commerce applications. TeraGo’s technology is not dependent on cable or telephone company network. The service provider can go where others cannot through its “fibre-like” Internet access and data communications system, which is on a city-specific basis and can be custom built in one month, from start to finish.

“TeraGo’s rapid expansion into new and existing markets reflects the commitment we made during the recent IPO process to grow our business,” continued Boyd. “We plan to aggressively build our customer concentration in existing markets and expand our wireless broadband network into new geographic markets across Canada,” he said.

Since launching its network in 2001, TeraGo has rapidly deployed its services in more than 30 designated markets across Canada.
