It’s not a joystick, although it looks a little like one. The 3M Ergonomic Mouse is designed to reduce pressure on some nerves in the hand, and while its vertical grip may take some getting used to, the unit slides across a desk just like any optical mouse and it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. The mouse sells for approximately $80.
