Olympus M:Robe 500 And Kodak Easyshare Picture Viewer

Digital photography is all the rage, but the problem is that you can no longer grab a handful of prints to show at the next holiday dinner.

These two units fix that problem. The Picture viewer from Kodak stores about 150 shots and displays them on a 2.5-inch high-resolution screen. Its memory can be boosted by throwing in an SD card, it can link to the company’s Printer docks and Camera docks, and it costs only $180.

The m:robe from Olympus is more expensive, but it also does more. for $500 you get a 20gB hard drive, enough to hold about 20,000 images, or it can store about 5,000 MP3 music files. It also has a 3.7-inch touch-screen for image viewing and sports a 1.2 megapixel camera, so you can also grab photos when the mood strikes you.
