Linksys Network Storage Link, 128MB USB memory key and Wireless Range Extender
In our last issue we encouraged readers to install Wi-Fi networks at home.
These three devices help you get more from that investment.
Networks are all about data, even if that data is MP3s and Six Feet Under repeats. The Network Storage Link will make any USB-enabled hard drive into a Wi-Fi data storage and delivery device. Plug a memory key in, for example, and the songs on it can be accessed from any wireless device. And if you’re lucky enough to live in a big house, you may need to boost the range of your network. Slot a range extender into an electrical plug at the edge of your network and you’ll immediately get better coverage.
