Keep your computer—and yourself—cool Belkin PocketTop
We call them laptops because we’re supposed to place them on our laps to use them, but do that and you quickly discover how hot a computer can get.
Enter the PocketTop. It works as a carry-around case for your computer but, more importantly, it flips open to provide a lap-friendly work surface. $54.99 in silver, orange or green.

I know you’re there, I can see you Rogers Vision wireless video calling
The hardware is the Samsung a706 but the story is the rogers service. Vision is a suite of offerings which includes video on demand (YouTube, ET Canada, etc.), mobile television and XM Satellite Radio. Most interesting is video calling: those with Vision-capable phones can see each other in real time. (But despite the cute headline, users have to actually initiate video communication for each call.)
The phone is $99 on a three-year contract with different Vision packages available.
