Billed as the first phone-to-phone video messaging offering in Canada, the SPH-a680 from Bell Mobility lets owners share up to 15 seconds of full motion video and sound with any e-mail address or compatible mobile phone. Along with the usual features, the SPH-a680 is equipped with a camcorder with movie light and camera with flash. It lists for $299 plus a $150 credit on a three-year contract.
