Obama wins on Twitter, but not by much

With all the Apple iPad hype, it is heartening that politics still draws a bigger crowd. At the height of each event, Obama’s State of the Union speech generated 9,000 tweets per minute vs. 7,000 per minute during the iPad launch, according to shopping Web site Retrevo.com.
