This discussion forum will focus on outsourced managed services in Human Resources. Two case studies will be presented as well as a discussion on HR outsourcing trends. A large organization will share how implementing an innovative outsourced solution helped them manage a significant challenge and how they were then able to deliver on the growing needs of their business. A major retailer will discuss how adopting an outsourced talent management solution, combining learning management and e-performance was key in releasing the potential of their team. Participants will have an opportunity to increase their knowledge of outsourcing, interact with the speakers, exchange successes and failures and network.
