A Discussion Forum on Global Sourcing/Offshoring

The forum will bring together expert presenters for a global sourcing discussion highlighting best practices for implementing effective outsourcing relationships. Participants will have an opportunity to learn from both the speakers as well as from the interaction with the broader audience assembled. The main case study presentation by Sharon E Ritchie, Head Global Resourcing, Canadian Banking, RBC will describe how the bank set on the journey to successfully transform their BPO processes using the offshore model.
