Fall Forum 2009 gets to the heart of challenges being faced by HI professionals and leaders as we help guide Canada’s journey towards Healthcare 2.0. Called to action by opening keynote speaker Dr. Alex Jadad, Forum attendees will participate in detailed explorations of:

• HI career planning and HR/talent-management issues and solutions
• eHealth implementation progress, challenges and tactics
• the system impacts of our eHealth initiatives; a 2020 vision of Canada’s healthcare system as viewed from the patient’s perspective.

With thought-provoking speakers, extended Q&A opportunities, and facilitated breakout sessions, the Fall Forum complements COACH’s spring e-Health Conference by providing a venue to explore important, compelling issues more fully than can be accomplished in a 60-minute presentation. Hosted annually in Toronto, the Fall Forum is scheduled to coincide with HealthAchieve2009 and the Canadian Health Informatics Awards Gala.
